Section 1
- Drafting |
|
| 1)
Prior
to the start of each season, the NSFL will conduct a
College Draft. |
|
2)
The
College Draft shall consist of seven (7) total rounds. |
|
3)
The
final four (4) rounds are referred to as a Supplemental Draft. |
|
4)
Each
owner is required to attend the draft. |
|
5)
Owners
that cannot attend may designate a representative. This representative
must be designated to the Commissioner via email only. |
|
6)
Owners
that cannot attend, and do not designate a representative, must
submit a detailed seven (7) round draft list. |
|
7)
Owners
that do not adhere to parts 5 and 6, forfeit all picks in the
current draft. |
|
8)
League
files will be made available via the NSFL website prior
to draft day. |
|
9)
The
Draft will only be held using the program DraftSock. |
|

Section 2
- Trading |
|
| 1)
All trades must be submitted in detail by all participants
to the Forum for consideration. |
|
| 2)
Any trades that are not posted to the website, with confirmation
from all participants and the Commissioner (or his representative)
are invalid. The post must include sufficient detail. |

| a)
All players/draft picks involved |
|
| b)
All teams involved |
|
c)
Detailed
description of player/pick movement (i.e. Player 1 is traded
from Team 1. Team 2 sends Players 3 & 4 to Team 1). |

| 3)
Trades marked after the trade deadline has passed, or submitted
after any imposed trade moratoriums are invalid. |
|
| 4)
The trade deadline is week 8 of the regular season.
|
|
| 5)
The Commissioner (or representative) will evaluate any
posted trades and may consult League Officials. If the trade
is not deemed beneficial for both teams the trade may be rejected. |
