Section 1 - Salary Cap
1) 2007 $41,000,000
    2008 $42,000,000
    2009 $43,000,000
    2010 $46,000,000
    2011 $47,000,000
    2012 $48,000,000
    2013 $49,000,000
    2014 $50,000,000
    2015 $49,000,000
     2016 $48,000,000
    2017 $48,000,000
    2018 $45,000,000
    2019 $45,000,000

Section 2 - Free Agency
1) Each season teams will be given 250 pts to bid on FA's.
2) FA points can be carried over totaling no more than 400 pts.
3) All bidding must be in increments of 5 pts, minimum bid is 5 pts.
4) If there is ever a tie on FA bidding, the 1st bid wins the tie.
5) FA pts can NOT be traded.
