The Rules that
follow have been created to maintain a level of FAIRNESS and playability
in the NSFL. The Commissioner reserves the right to adjust the rules at
any time the means are necessary. In the event of problems not covered
by these rules, the Commissioner shall be the final arbiter after
consulting the League Officials. Any suggestions for improvements or
corrections to these rules should be forwarded to the
League front office.
Any Team found to use an illegal play in
any NSFL game will forfeit the game played regardless if that play had
any bearing on the outcome of the game. Also, any team that
violates the 4th down rule, QB sneak/run rule or Onside kick rule will
also forfeit the game regardless if that play had any bearing on the
outcome of the game.
DO NOT USE ILLEGAL PLAYS AND DO NOT VIOLATE THE
4TH DOWN RULE, QB SNEAK / RUN AND ONSIDE KICK RULE.
If you cannot
abide by these rules, please find a different league to play in.
It is not fair to your opponent when you play with illegal plays or
break the 4th down rule, QB sneak / run and onside kick rules.

1st violation:
Forfeiture of the
game.
2nd violation:
Forfeiture of the game
and your next game played without your best rated QB, RB and REC.
3rd violation:
Forfeiture of the game
and your next game played without your best rated QB, RB, REC, DL, LB
and DB.
4th violation: Find another
League.
